Why I Became a Coach
Like many leaders, I stepped into leadership roles long before anyone truly taught me how to lead. I had worked hard to earn those opportunities, yet I quickly realized that the technical skills that got me promoted weren’t enough to guide, inspire, or develop others.
Along the way, I learned from exceptional leaders — and from those who struggled. Both experiences shaped me. They sparked a clear intention: to lead differently and to help others do the same.
When I discovered coaching, everything clicked. Coaching didn’t just improve how I led — it transformed the way I understood people, influence, and performance. It helped me create healthier team dynamics, build trust, and make decisions that aligned with my values.
Becoming a coach became my instrument for impact. Today, I share the knowledge, tools, and perspective I wish I had earlier in my own journey — to help leaders accelerate their growth, avoid unnecessary missteps, and create workplaces where people feel inspired, supported, and empowered.
