Phase 1: Lead Yourself – leadership self-awareness and strengths exploration in the Lead by Design Coaching program

PHASE 1 — Lead Yourself

Build Your Leadership Foundation

Weeks 1–4

Great leadership starts with self-awareness.
In this first phase, you gain clarity about who you are as a leader and what drives your decisions, communication, and presence.

You will:

  • Complete the CAPDA Leadership Assessment

  • Identify your top 2–3 development priorities

  • Explore your leadership story, values, and strengths

  • Understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors connect

  • Set clear leadership goals and expectations for the program

This phase creates the foundation for every decision and action that follows.

Phase 2: Lead Others – leadership communication and skill development coaching within the Lead by Design program

PHASE 2 — Lead Others

Develop the Skills That Elevate Your Influence

Weeks 5–8

Here, we strengthen the skills that leaders rely on daily to bring clarity, build trust, and drive alignment.

You will:

  • Explore your top development areas in depth

  • Build communication strategies tailored to your style

  • Strengthen adaptive leadership and decision-making

  • Learn how to communicate expectations with confidence

  • Review and refine the strategies created in previous sessions

  • Practice real scenarios and receive direct feedback

This phase combines reflection, skill-building, and strategy design.

Phase 3: Lead with Impact – leadership integration, confidence, and executive coaching in the Lead by Design program

PHASE 3 — Lead with Impact

Integrate Your Leadership Vision

Weeks 9–12

In the final phase, you bring everything together to operate as a more intentional and effective leader.

You will:

  • Role-play the skills that matter most

  • Strengthen your leadership presence and confidence

  • Apply your learning to your biggest current challenge

  • Evaluate what’s working and what needs refinement

  • Explore the concept of Leadership Trust Currency

  • Create your Leadership Blueprint for the next 6–12 months

This phase solidifies your growth — and sets you up for continued success.
